Hi, I’m Chef O’Reilly. I create simple, high-quality recipes that you can cook at home with confidence.
I began my journey in the kitchen at just 12 years old, where I quickly experienced both the highs and challenges of the industry. I went on to study at Brockenhurst College, gaining my formal qualifications, before working alongside some of the finest chefs—at places such as The Dorchester Hotel—where I was taught and trained to learn from the very best.
By the age of 20, I’ve had the opportunity to travel and explore a wide range of cuisines, developing my skills through different cultures and techniques. Now, I want to share everything I’ve learned with you—bringing you along on my journey as we cook, learn, and grow together.
